1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Appia Evacu ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") regarding your use of our cleaning services and website located at appiaevacu.center.
By using our services or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services or website.
2. Services Description
Appia Evacu provides professional cleaning services including but not limited to:
- Commercial cleaning services for offices, retail spaces, and other business facilities
- Residential cleaning services for homes and apartments
- Specialized cleaning services such as post-construction cleanup, carpet cleaning, and window washing
- Emergency cleaning services for urgent situations
All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at our discretion.
3. Service Agreements and Booking
3.1 Booking Process
Services must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or email. All bookings are subject to confirmation by Appia Evacu.
3.2 Service Estimates
Estimates provided are based on information provided by the client and are subject to change upon inspection of the premises. Final pricing will be confirmed before service commencement.
3.3 Service Schedule
We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled time window. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, or previous job complications.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Pricing is subject to change with notice.
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept payment by cash, check, credit card, and electronic transfer. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
4.3 Late Payment
Accounts not paid within 30 days of service completion may be subject to a late fee of 2% per month or the maximum amount allowed by law, whichever is less.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
5.1 Client Cancellation
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost.
5.2 Company Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather conditions, equipment failure, staff illness, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible and reschedule at no additional cost.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about the property and cleaning requirements
- Ensuring safe access to all areas to be cleaned
- Securing or removing valuable, fragile, or sentimental items
- Providing adequate utilities (water, electricity, heat) necessary for cleaning
- Notifying us of any special conditions, allergies, or concerns
- Ensuring pets are secured or removed from the cleaning area
- Providing parking access or covering parking fees if applicable
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Insurance Coverage
Appia Evacu is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for all employees.
7.2 Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any damages is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided. We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage to property or furnishings
- Damage to items that are inherently fragile or in poor condition
- Damage caused by conditions beyond our control
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
- Loss of business profits or other economic losses
7.3 Damage Claims
Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We will investigate all claims promptly and work to resolve them fairly.
8. Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge. This guarantee applies only to areas specified in the original service agreement.
9. Confidentiality and Security
We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality regarding your property, personal information, and business operations. All employees sign confidentiality agreements and undergo background checks.
Security codes, keys, or access information will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of providing cleaning services.
10. Environmental and Safety Policies
We are committed to environmental responsibility and use eco-friendly cleaning products whenever possible. All products and procedures comply with applicable health and safety regulations.
Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all cleaning products are available upon request.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination may occur in cases of:
- Non-payment of services
- Breach of these Terms
- Unsafe working conditions
- Abusive or inappropriate behavior toward staff
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
13. Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving any disputes amicably. In the event of a dispute, we encourage clients to first contact us directly to discuss the matter. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration as provided by Ontario law.
14. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or other labor disputes.
15. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
For ongoing service agreements, we will provide 30 days notice of material changes to these Terms.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent of the original provision.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Appia Evacu regarding our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
